"La Vie En Rose"

This poem to me is not just a love poem. For me, it holds true to everything we do. Anything that we do with heart and soul, gives us La Vie En Rose or a Rosy World. Anything .... that we do without heart or soul ... Anything robs us of a Rosy World.

Hold me close and hold me fast
The magic spell you cast
This is la vie en rose
When you kiss me heaven sighs
And though I close my eyes
I see la vie en rose

When you press me to your heart
I'm in a world apart
A world where roses bloom
And when you speak
Angels sing from above
Everyday words seem
To turn into love songs

Give your heart and soul to me
And life will always be la vie en rose
